I added some details to these images that I hope will be notable, if still subtle. Yes, these two operatives are in the same costumes in all 9 posters; I wanted the events to appear to occur over the span of only a day or so, so their wardrobe wouldn't change because they wouldn't have time to go home. It would, however, get dirty - what with the fires and smoke and whatnot. So I dirtied up the male op's clothes as much as I thought I could without it looking like he rolled in the mud. He's also got some bruising around the corner of his mouth, and the underhung device on his blaster is missing here. Dirt on the woman's dress wouldn't show clearly, but I did add some scars on her right arm, as if she'd had a close call with something unfortunate. This was my first foray into character development.
And oh! did I add stuff to these images. In the first: the smoke, the detritus on the floor, and the appearance of fire in the room behind the closed door. In the second, the entire background frame was flipped, which meant that the signage had to be flipped back, plus the addition of all the crap on the floor - including the flourescent reflection. There were also no signal lights showing down the tunnel, nor any smoke. In the third, I added the smoke (again - funny how there aren't a lot of public spaces full of smoke) and opened one of the double doors in the background; opening the door meant adding the threshold strip on the floor, more floor, more wall, and some fire - though that didn't show so much in the end. OH and the characters sink ever so slightly into the carpeting.
